Santa Cruz High School Newspaper: I made this site my senior year of high school for the Santa Cruz High School newspaper. It provides an easy to use interface for maintenance and updating without any knowledge of HTML. This site required extensive work in PHP and MySQL, as well as HTML, and CSS. I also had to install PHP, and MySQL onto the school server as well as configure it.

The MQ: I worked on the PHP backend for the website of the student organization and newspaper publication, The Muir Quarterly, as part of my duties as web editor. The site required a complete rehaul of the prior structure and in order to transfer the database information from the old site to the new site, I wrote several scripts to write to a new more expandable database of my design. The site design was created by the graphics editor of the MQ, Dan Zembrosky, which I wrote in the PHP backend to access the MySQL database.
