(CTO) Prof. James Buckwalter (PhD-Caltech) is
an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC San Diego.
He possesses significant circuit design experience with Telcordia Technologies
(formerly Bellcore), and IBM. He is leading the High Speed Integrated Circuits
Group@UCSD.
(Business Technology Creation) Mehmet Parlak
is a Ph.D. Candidate in Electrical Engineering at UC San Diego. He also holds MS
degree from UCSD, Business Technology Creation Degree from UCSD Extension and
Entrepreneurship Certificate from Von Liebig Center, UCSD. He is a Fulbright
Scholar.
(Business Development) Michael Alston holds
B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees all in E.E. from Carnegie-Mellon, UC Berkeley, and
UC San Diego, and has worked in satellite communications, VLSI EDA, and
VLSI IP at several successful companies including M/A-COM Linkabit, NurLogic
Design, and ARM. Michael is now earning an MBA at the Rady School of
Management at UCSD.
(Finance) Natalia O’Connor holds a B.S. in
Management Science from the University of California at San Diego. She spent
several years as an executive search professional specializing in placing
C-level executives in both venture capital backed and large cap companies.
Natalia currently works as a professional investment manager. She is an M.B.A.
candidate at The Rady School of Management at UCSD and a CFA Level I candidate.
